If you have a Managed Service with Nubius Solutions, you have access to real-time support through multiple channels.

Real-Time Support Options (Managed Services Only)

Customers with Managed Servers, OpsAssist, or Managed Applications can access:

  1. Emergency Phone Line – Available for critical issues that require immediate assistance.

  2. Dedicated Slack/Teams Channel – Direct access to our support team via Slack or Microsoft Teams for real-time collaboration.

Standard Support for All Services

  • Basic support (included with standard services) is provided exclusively through our ticketing system.

  • If you need more direct communication, consider upgrading to a Managed Service.
